Soham Band were delighted to perform in this fabulous show with VIVA in November!

The production has been nominated for a regional NODE award.

Although a new venture for most of us, a few members of the current band took part in a very successful production of ‘Brassed Off’ at the Arts Theatre in Cambridge in 1999. The show was a Sheffield Theatres production and featured Dennis Lill as Danny, Steve Huison as Phil and Loveday Smith as Gloria. This production was touring Britain at the time and we were very fortunate to have been selected as ‘The Band’ for the Cambridge performance.

The Band will be getting back down the pit with the VIVA  cast from 18th - 21st April 2019 at The Cambridge ADC Theatre.

See the Events page for more information about future engagements and contests.

Recently the band held its AGM; reflecting on the year that has been and the excitement of the year ahead.

As part of the meeting, Mark Ager presented the award for 'Most Improved Player' to Andrew Gilbey and David Minchin presented the award for 'Bandsperson of the Year' to Anthea Kenna. Well Done to both for their contribution to the band.

What better way to end the AGM than celebrating with a bubbly filled trophy from SCABA
